Mber+ Store FAQ's

The Waratahs Mber+ Store will be opening in late October. Once open, all eligible members will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem their pack or credit.

Member packs are redeemed through the member-exclusive NSW Waratahs Member online store. Members can choose between the traditional StarTAH Pack or utilising their given credit and hand-pick their 2025 member items.

Upon successful 2025 Membership Purchase, an email will be sent to the primary membership account holder outlining login details to the NSW Waratahs Member store. Be sure to check your junk and spam folder if it does not appear in the primary member's inbox.

An ode to the traditional NSW Waratahs Member Pack, the StarTAH pack includes your choice of a cap or scarf, as well as a collection of your favourite tried and true member items including a physical member card, 2025 official lanyard, Waratahs pen and a window sticker.

Yes! If you wish to redeem your Plastic 2025 Membership Card, please choose to allocate your credit to either the StarTAH Pack or the Card and Lanyard option with your remaining credit. Choices can be made, by clicking 'CHOICES' on the top left corner of the NSW Waratahs Member Store landing page.

If you have been allocated credit in the NSW Waratahs Member store, this will be manually added to your order in the checkout stages. Please do not panic if you cannot see your 'live' credit whilst choosing your items.

If you wish to change your 'choices' between a StarTAH pack, credit etc - please click 'CHOICES' in the top right corner of your screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and select 'CLEAR SELECTION'.

Absolutely! The NSW Waratahs Member store is jam-packed full of member items, and we don't expect you to include everything in your credit! You are able to spend over your allocated credit in the same transaction by simply paying the difference.

Credit cannot be applied to postage costs. Postage can be paid using a credit or debit card only - please note, that AMEX is not accepted. Postage rates are based on weight and are subject to change at the discretion of Australia Post.

The NSW Waratahs Member store warehouse is located overseas, so please take this into account when purchasing. For items readily in stock, orders will be dispatched within 48 working hours. Depending on your location, delivery to Australian locations is within 10-14 working days.

The NSW Waratahs Member store does not stock any NSW Waratahs licenced jerseys or merchandise of any kind, and allocated credit cannot be transferred to purchase ISC official NSW Waratahs Merchandise in person or online (found at https://shop.nsw.rugby/ ). However in 2025 we have added a new apparel range which includes a member's hoodie, polo and t-shirt.

Credit does not roll over from season to season. Any credit allocated for the 2025 NSW Waratahs season that is not used by 1 July 2025 will be forfeited regardless of the date the member has joined.

Waratahs Members are more than welcome to log in to the NSW Waratahs Member store once all allocated credit has been redeemed. Additional purchases can be made at any time, simply use your same login details, and shop away!
