Life Member Function

Please read the below details carefully as the details have changed from previous matches.

When: Friday 11th April
Where: Allianz Stadium, Moore Park
Gates Open: 6.30pm
Life Member's Entry: 6.30pm

Game Access

Life members gain access to Allianz Stadium through public gates from the above time and proceed to the glass doors at the back of Bay 14, under the Nick Shehadie Stand. Please Note: Life Members will no longer access the stadium via Gate 2 for the remainder of the 2025 season. Life Members may enter via Gate 1 when public gates open for the closest access to the function room.

Life Member Room Location
The Life Member's Pre and Post match room will be located in the Allianz Stadium Gold Member's Lounge on level 2, West.

Please remember, Life Members are only permitted to bring one guest into the Life Member function room in the Allianz Stadium Gold Member's bar. All members and guests are expected to adhere to directions from Stadium Staff and no antisocial behaviour will be tolerated.

Dress Regulations
Dress regulations will apply to those aged 15 years and older in the Allianz Stadium Gold Member's Bar. Please click here for information on the dress regulations. Please Note: Member's may be refused entry to the function room if regulations are not followed.

Post-Match Q&A
Hear from NSW Waratahs players straight off the pitch after the match at the Southern, SCG end of the room.

Please Note: The escalators are not operational from Level 1 to Level 2 post-match. The best way to access the Gold Member's Bar on Level 2 is to take the stairs to the left of the main doors or wait for the elevator to gain access to the room.

Seating
All members with game access have been allocated seating on Level 1 and will be able to proceed down to Level 1 via the escalator and to their allocated seating. Members with no game access will enter on their match ticket and proceed to their allocated bay/s.

Public Transport
Valid pre-purchased tickets to the game include travel to and from Moore Park on public transport services – Just show your event ticket or membership card to transport staff when boarding. Allianz Stadium is a short walk from the Moore Park light rail stop, as well as a short bus ride from Central Station, Paddington and the CBD. Plan your trip to the match here.

Membership Box Office
The Membership window has moved and is now located on Moore Park rd, next to Gate 3. The Membership Box Office will open 30 minutes before gates open. Both Ticketek and Waratahs personnel will be available at the Box Office to answer all membership and ticketing questions.

Accessible Access
Need accessible access at Allianz Stadium? We've got you covered! An accessible buggy service runs from EP3 to the bottom of the Gate 1 steps on match days. This service will commence 30 minutes before public gates open and operating until an hour after the final whistle.
